Registration

Registration for EMBRN 2019 is free of charge for members of EMBRN. Non-members pay a registration fee of SEK 2,000 + VAT.

It is easy to become a member. Regular membership carries voting rights at the General Assembly. Regular (Senior) members are expected to attend the meetings.
Senior membership fee: 50 €/Year. Junior membership fee: 25 €/Year.

Cancellations and Refunds

Registration and cancellation conditions

Registration is binding. Cancellation should be made in writing to the conference secretariat at embrn2019@akademikonferens.se.

Cancellation charge

Cancellation can be made up until 15 May 2019 at the latest without cancellation costs. If cancellation is made later than 15 May 2019, or if you don't show up at the conference without prior cancellation, there is a cancellation fee of SEK 1,000 + VAT (25%), which will be charged.

Change of delegate

If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact the conference secretariat to do so.

Non-members of EMBRN – SEK 2,000

The registration fee includes admission to the conference and exhibition as well as coffee and lunches. Please note that some of the events need pre-registration on the registration form. The price is excluding VAT (taxes). 25% VAT will be added before payment.

Payment of registration fee for non-members

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Swedish delegates

  • Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
  • You will receive your invoice by regular mail.

Delegates from outside Sweden

  • According to Swedish and legislation, 25% VAT will be added also for delegates from outside Sweden.
  • All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
  • Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
  • Upon choice of payment method ”International bank transfer” on the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. Confirmation letter and invoice will be sent by e-mail.
  • Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card. We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
